Coaching Sessions

Full sessions are done in person only and by appointment.

Prior to signing up for sessions you will need to complete our Coaching Agreement. Once we recieve your coaching agreement we will contact you with further details.

Single 60 minute session

Series of 4 Sessions once per month ( 60 minutes each )

Series of 4 sessions, 60 minutes each. Additional support between sessions will be provided free of charge.

Series of 8 Sessions once per month (60 minutes each)

Series of 8 sessions, 60 minutes each. Additional support between sessions will be provided free of charge.

Reiki Treatment 30 minute session

Reiki Treatment 60 minute session

NOTE: If youre unable to keep your appointment 24-hour notice is required.
